Prepare materials.

Add 1/2 of the milk and mix well.

Add the flour mixture and remaining milk and mix well.

Fill the well-mixed cake batter into a paper cup, 70% full. Place in baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, place in the middle layer, and bake for 20-25 minutes. Poke it in with a toothpick. If no sticky residue comes out, it's done.
