Soak the dried lotus leaves in warm water for 1 hour, or boil them.

Marinate it in advance with light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, ginger, and scallions, and store it in the refrigerator. I marinated it the night before.

Cut the potatoes and beans into sections, mix well with the marinated ribs (add a small amount of peanut oil), and put them into the lotus leaves.

Wrap the lotus leaves, put them in a steamer, and steam over medium-low heat for 75 to 90 minutes.
