Wotou
Overview
For breakfast, I used a soymilk machine to make soy milk. The filtered bean dregs were used to make steamed buns. It was very soft. I recommend it to my friends.

A bowl of bean dregs filtered out from the soy milk made by a household soy milk machine.

A bowl of cornmeal and equal amounts of bean dregs.

Mix well.

Take a spoonful of cornmeal and twist it into a cone shape by bending your fingers with your left hand.

The tip of the wotou is in the shape of a cone.

Press the bottom with your right hand.

Poke an eye with your right thumb in the middle.

Place on the steamer and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.

You can also soak some dates.

The tips of the steamed buns are garnished with jujubes.
