Stir-fried peas with pickled vegetables
Overview
I prefer to eat peas, especially peas that are not too full and are sweet. There are a lot of peas in the market recently, and pea pods cost 6 yuan per pound. Boiled pea pods with salt or stir-fried peas with pickled mustard are both good side dishes😃.

Remove the shells from fresh peas and remove the peas

Soak the pickles in water and chop into pieces

Sauté the ginger and rice in the oil pan until fragrant, add the washed peas and stir-fry until the tender green of the peas turns into dark green

Add salt and chopped pepper and continue to stir-fry until the flavors are in. Pickled vegetables and chopped pepper are both salty, so you can add less salt

Add the pickled vegetables and stir-fry
