One pound of blueberries, washed with water

Add a little water to the washed blueberries (you can add water or not)

Use manual gear one to slightly smash the blueberries

Place the beaten blueberries in a casserole, add rock sugar and cook over low heat. Stir constantly during this period to prevent the pot from sticking

After simmering for about an hour, the jam will become thick. Turn off the heat, cool and store in a sealed jar
