【Black Tea Toast】
Overview
I had the urge to make black tea toast, but I didn’t have Earl Gray black tea. I was thinking of gathering a few more ingredients to buy someday, so I bought them together. But I still couldn't wait. I couldn't help but make a piece of toast with black tea at home during the short vacation. I doubled the amount of black tea, but I didn't get the expected aroma of tea. It seems that black tea is indeed different from matcha, and also different from earl gray tea. The toast was very tough and moist, but it left a little regret.

Pour all liquid ingredients into the kneading bowl;

Add all solid ingredients except butter;

After kneading into a uniform and smooth dough, add butter;

Continue kneading to the expansion stage;

Basic fermentation until 2.5 times the size;

Divide the fermented dough into 3 equal balls and roll them into balls;

Roll the dough into a long round shape;

Fold the top and bottom edges toward the middle;

Roll the dough out longer;

Roll up tightly from bottom to top;

Arrange into bread mold;

Ferment until 8 minutes full;

Brush with a layer of milk;

Lower shelf of the oven, 180°C, 40 minutes, done.
