Wash the spinach and drain.

Juice.

Add appropriate amount of flour and spinach juice.

Add water while kneading to form a hard and smooth dough. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.

Take half and use a rolling pin to roll it out into a large and thin shape. Sprinkle flour on both sides to prevent sticking.

Fold like a fan.

Dust a cutting board with flour and cut into desired thickness.

Sprinkle with flour and shake to disperse.
