Lotus root soy milk
Overview
When I was preparing my next dish of soy milk, I suddenly found a section of lotus root. I immediately abandoned my original plan and decided that this was it! This thing is very simple to deal with. For lazy people, peeling is superfluous, just wash, cut and dice them, throw them into the soy milk machine, and everything will be fine. However, I don’t know if it’s because of the lack of peeling effect, but the color of the soy milk is a bit gray. Maybe it's because lotus roots can dye soup? The color is average and the taste is bland. . .
