Overview
Eggs are my family's favorite, and I never tire of eating them every day. There are constantly changing styles such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, egg soup, steamed eggs, etc. Haha, this time I used the method of making thick egg rolls to make ~ egg rolls, haha: it is still very popular~~~

Put the eggs and salt into a bowl and mix well and let it sit for a while

Put a little canola oil in a mini non-stick pan over low heat

Pour in appropriate amount of egg liquid

Do not stir to let the egg liquid solidify

Once solidified, use a small spatula to roll it up from the top

Roll it up layer by layer

Wait until the roll is completed and then fry for a while before serving

Take a washed cherry tomato and cut it into 1/3 with a knife
