Hawaiian style pizza
Overview
When I went to the supermarket, I saw a small triangle-shaped pizza that was divided into individual packages. The cover photo was very attractive, and the carton packaging was also very nice. I bought it at a not-cheap price. After heating it, I only took one bite and couldn't eat any more. I'd better spend some time and energy to make it myself.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh the amount of flour, salt, sugar, yeast, and milk
-
Pour in the milk and knead into a smooth dough that does not stick to your hands but has a rough film
-
Add butter and knead until the dough expands. Roll the dough into a round shape. Place it in a bowl and let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size
-
While the dough is fermenting, prepare the ingredients. Cut the pineapple into small slices, soak it in salt water for 20 minutes, take it out, and put it on the grill to dry
-
Slice the sausage into thin slices, shred the onion, slice the meat into slices, add a little cumin powder and black pepper, and season
-
Fruit corn, cooked in a pot
-
Brush vegetable oil on tin foil and place the fermented dough in the middle
-
Roll out and make holes with a small fork. Our family prefers thin-bottom dough, so my dough is thinner
-
Squeeze on the tomato sauce and spread it out, then add the cucumber sauce and spread it out
-
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
-
Sprinkle with cooked corn, shredded onions, and a layer of cheese
-
Place chicken slices and sausage slices
-
Arrange sliced pineapple
-
Sprinkle another layer of cheese, and finally sprinkle with pizza grass. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and heat it up and down for about 20 minutes
