Overview

If you don’t eat the tofu skin immediately after you buy it, it won’t taste very fresh the next day, so I usually fry it the next day if I can’t finish it on the first day. This is the first time I stir-fry it with coriander. I thought that the coriander is delicious and the tofu skin will go well with rice. I tried frying it and it was good, it goes well with rice~

  1. Wash the coriander and cut into long sections.

  3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté chopped green onions.

  4. Add a spoonful of tempeh and stir-fry until fragrant.

  5. Pour the bean curd into the pot and stir-fry.
