  1. Heat the milk, pour it into a cup, let it cool and set aside

  3. Pour the milk in the cup into the egg whites, leaving the milk skin. Stir evenly, then pour the egg-milk mixture back into the cup, add plastic wrap, and heat in a steamer over water

  4. Steam the steamer over high heat for 15 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for two minutes
