Make hydrangea buns with ordinary flour
Overview
I have always wanted to try making bread with all-purpose flour, but I have not started making it because I was worried about failure. I saw a post a few days ago about meal bags made with all-purpose flour, which looked very good, so I decided to try making one myself. Unexpectedly, the bread I made was no less good than the bread made with high-gluten flour

-
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket and start the dough mixing process
-
After 15 minutes, add the melted butter and continue kneading the dough for about 40 minutes until it is complete
-
Round the dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and ferment until doubled in size
-
Fermented dough
-
Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 2 parts, roll into balls, and rest for 15 minutes
-
Take 1 piece of dough and roll it into a long shape
-
Roll up from the long side into a long strip
-
Roll into long and thin strips, and roll the other portion of dough into the same long strips
-
Use two long strips to make a 4-strand braid
-
Roll up the braid from one side into a hydrangea shape and place it into an oiled round mold
-
Place two five-inch baking pans in the bread machine, put the bread dough in, and ferment until the mold is full
-
Brush the surface with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake for 40 minutes
-
After baking, take it out and simmer for 10 minutes

The internal structure is also very soft, and the taste is no worse than that made with high-gluten flour
