Mix egg yolks and sugar evenly.

Add egg yolks, add oil and mix well. Add milk and mix well.

Add sifted low-gluten flour and mix well

Egg white ➕ sugar (I added it all at once) ➕ lemon juice (or add a few drops of white vinegar or not) and beat with a whisk

Beat the egg whites until they reach a right angle when you lift the whisk.

Add one-third of the beaten egg whites to the egg yolk batter, stir evenly, then pour into the remaining egg white batter and stir evenly.

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Pour in the grinder and shake it twice to release bubbles. Bake at 150 degrees on the middle shelf for 50 minutes (every oven is different, so pay attention to it)

After baking, turn it upside down and let it cool
