Grate the cucumber and set aside.

Chop the cilantro.

Chop the garlic or break it with a garlic beater.

Boil mung bean sprouts for five minutes, rinse with cold water and set aside.

Put garlic, chopped green onion, and cooked sesame seeds in a bowl, add vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and salt.

Add hot oil, stir evenly, and add some chili powder if it's spicy.

Boil the noodles until they are medium-cooked and drain them into cold water.

Add cucumber shreds, mung bean sprouts, peanuts and seasonings, mix well and eat.
