Stir-fried bacon with chives
Overview
This is the third time I bought Hunan bacon from the Internet. The one they bought was smoked with fruit wood and I thought it was delicious. The one I bought this time was a little leaner, but the fatter one was more fragrant. I fried it with chives and it tasted really good, especially with rice.

Bought bacon can be steamed in a pot for 3-4 minutes.

Take out and drain. Cut into thin slices and set aside.

Wash and cut the leeks, drain and set aside.

After heating the pan, pour a little salad oil, add bacon and stir-fry. Stir-fry for a while until it is slightly browned before it tastes delicious.

Add soy sauce and an appropriate amount of sugar. The bacon itself is salty, so don't add salt.

Stir-fry over high heat for a few times and it's ready to serve.
