Stir-fried king oyster mushrooms and green garlic
Overview
A friend gave me two king oyster mushrooms. They said that these king oyster mushrooms are really big. Each one weighs half a catty. It is enough to stir-fry a large plate. I added some green garlic sprouts to enhance the color and fragrance.

Wash the king oyster mushrooms and green garlic and control the water

Slice the king oyster mushroom

Cut garlic whites and garlic leaves separately

Heat the oil in the wok and stir-fry the king oyster mushrooms first

Stir fry until soft

Add white garlic

Stir fry for about 1 minute

Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce to taste

When ready to serve, add garlic leaves and stir-fry quickly
