Ingredients
Steps
-
Boil the whole piece of pork belly you bought, remove it and cut into thin slices. Add 1 tablespoon of salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. PS: The pork belly of this pig is a bit fat, it doesn’t matter, it will be more fragrant after frying with oil.
-
Peel and slice the potatoes, then wash twice in water and set aside to drain.
-
Cut green onions into sections and green peppers into strips, set aside.
-
Turn on the heat and wait for the pot to dry up, then add the pork belly slices and stir-fry until the oil is released. Use a small bowl to put out the excess lard, which can be used for stir-frying vegetables next time. Leave the pork belly and an appropriate amount of lard in the wok.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce into the pot with the remaining pork belly and lard, and stir-fry for a while. When the coloring is even, add the potato slices and stir-fry. If you feel that the pot is getting burnt, add a small amount of boiling water and continue to stir-fry. When it is almost cooked, add the green pepper and stir-fry together. Before putting it in the pot, add the green onions and stir-fry for a while. Turn off the heat!

Plate it and start eating, it’s delicious while it’s hot!
