Double skin milk (kiwi fruit)

Double skin milk (kiwi fruit)

Overview

The first time I did it, it was a bit of a failure, but the second time I did it, it was successful. In fact, I personally feel that there is no need for the milk skin step, the taste is not bad, it is simple and quick. You can give it a try. I tried two methods today. It’s all OK~

  3. Put the milk into the pot and steam over medium heat for 10 minutes. After taking out the pot and letting it cool, a thin layer of milk skin will form. As shown below.

  4. Pour the milk into another bowl. Don't pour it completely, leave some milk in it. Prevent the milk skin from sticking to the bowl.
