Cut the carrots into thicker shreds.

Pour the chopped carrots into cold water.

Coat the water-drained carrot shreds evenly with flour.

Shred onions and ginger.

Cut green pepper into shreds.

Cut the chicken into shreds and marinate with cooking wine, salt and starch for 20 minutes.

Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and sugar to the bowl and stir evenly.

Boil water in a steamer, add shredded carrots after the water boils (be sure to add them after boiling the pot), and steam over medium heat for 20 minutes. Then let cool.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and saute until fragrant.

Add marinated shredded chicken.

When the shredded chicken is fried, add green pepper and green onion.

Add the dried carrot shreds, continue to stir-fry, add the prepared sauce, stir-fry a few times, and then take it out of the pot.
