After seeing the pork breasts posted online, I want to learn how to make them, haha. . . Quite successful.

  1. Prepare all the above materials

  2. Add all the ingredients except cooking oil into the minced meat and stir well. (I was a little lazy here. I mixed the honey and white sesame seeds together, haha...)

  3. Divide the meat filling into four equal parts, place one part on tin foil brushed with oil, cover it with a layer of plastic wrap, and roll it into thin slices of about 2 mm. Peel off the plastic wrap.

  4. Place in the oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes

  5. After 15 minutes, take it out, turn it over and place it on a wire rack, then put it in the oven at 190 degrees for 6 minutes

  6. Let the roasted meat cool, remove the corners, and cut into rectangles of appropriate size. Let’s enjoy this leisurely afternoon tea time!
