Wash and cut off the mustard basket.

Cut red pepper into cubes and set aside.

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add starch and marinate for half an hour.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard greens and salt, stir-fry for 5 minutes until the leaves become soft and cooked, then remove.

Heat oil again in the pot, add lean meat, salt, stir-fry for one minute, then add red pepper, pour a little water to thicken, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes until cooked.
