Steps
-
First wash the onions, lettuce, carrots and broccoli and pack them
-
Cut the meat slices to 2 cm thick. Thin slices will make it easier to cook. Then use the back of a knife to densely flake the meat slices on both sides (for easy marinating and flavoring, and a tender and smooth texture)
-
Start marinating the meat slices, add an appropriate amount of salt, white pepper, black pepper, chicken essence, light soy sauce, cooking wine, half an egg white, add an appropriate amount of raw ingredients, mix well, and marinate for about half an hour
-
Fry the onions in a pan, add a little salt and black pepper, add the curry sauce and simmer for a few minutes, then take it out and set aside. I bought the curry sauce so it is more convenient to use
-
I started cooking the pasta, because the pasta I bought was not very good and took half an hour to cook. Once the pasta was cooked, set it aside for later use
-
Boil a little boiling water and add an appropriate amount of salt, then add broccoli and carrots and blanch them, then take them out and place them on a plate, ready for frying and cooking
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan before frying the pork chop. Coat the pork chop with a little flour (or bread crumbs) and fry until both sides are golden brown. Place all the dishes on the plate, including pasta, pork chop, and then pour the curry sauce on it and it's ready to serve
