  1. Use monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell of saury, and use cornstarch to make a paste.

  2. Hang the saury and fry it in oil pan

  3. Take out the fried saury and set aside

  4. Chop the onion and garlic into mince, add an appropriate amount of sugar, and vinegar essence to make a bowl of juice, add a little tomato sauce to adjust the color and set aside.

  5. Heat a pan, add oil and sauté onions and garlic

  6. Add shredded carrots

  7. Add saury

  8. Stir-fry, add the prepared bowl of sauce, stir-fry evenly and serve.
