Ingredients, beautiful big carrots.

Peel and shred and mix well with salt.

Squeeze the salted radish shreds into a basin and add an egg, flour, chopped chives and pepper (no need to add salt because the radish has been pickled with salt).

Stir well to form a dry paste.

Heat the pan and add oil, dip your hands in some water, round the radish batter in the palm of your hands to form a pancake, and put it into the oil pan with a little more oil, so that the pancakes will be crispy and fragrant.

After setting, turn over and press with a spatula to allow the radish cake to heat evenly.
