Ingredients
Steps
-
Italian paper tomatoes, tomatoes, basil, onions, salt, pepper.
-
Wash the tomatoes, insert the fruit knife at a slight angle into one side around the tomato stem, and then draw a circle along the way to remove it. Then, make a cross shape on the opposite side of the tomato stem and set aside.
-
Pour water into the spare pot. After the water boils, place the tomatoes in step (2) on a spoon or directly put them in. They will soon peel and can be taken out. (The water level only needs to be enough to cover the tomatoes.)
-
Put the tomatoes after step (3) into a spare container bowl, add cold water and ice cubes. After the tomatoes have cooled slightly, you can peel them and drain them.
-
After step (4), cut the tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
-
In the spare juice machine (or blender), pour the tomatoes from step (5), tomatoes packed in Italian paper, and chopped onions in sequence.
-
Stir evenly.
-
Step (7) Pour into the prepared cooking pot and cook over medium heat.
-
Step (8) After boiling, turn to low heat, add chopped basil, and use a spatula to stir repeatedly from the inside to the outside (or from the outside to the inside).
-
This is when cooking for twenty minutes, use a spatula to stir repeatedly from the inside to the outside (or from the outside to the inside). (If you like this level, add salt and pepper, then simmer over low heat until the flavor is even, then turn off the heat. It is more soupy, suitable for: noodles, soups and other preparations.)
-
When cooking for thirty-five minutes, add salt and pepper, simmer over low heat, and then use a spatula to stir repeatedly from the inside to the outside (or from the outside to the inside).
-
Use a spatula to stir repeatedly from the inside to the outside (or from the outside to the inside) and cook for 40 minutes. (Cook over low heat) (If you like it thicker, cook for another five to ten minutes. Use a spatula to stir repeatedly from the inside out (or from outside to inside). (Cook over low heat)) (Slightly thick tomato sauce: suitable for pizza, bread, gratin, dip, noodles, soups, etc.)
-
Just turn off the heat.
-
Pour into a container and set aside.
