Milky Hass Bread
Overview
Hass bread is a type of soft French bread. Because milk is used instead of all water, and sugar and butter are added in an appropriate amount, it tastes soft but chewy and has a dense texture. It was still soft and sweet the next morning, so it was a great choice for breakfast.
