Apple Soft Cookies
Overview
This cookie is suitable for eating when it is still cool. It is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It tastes very good. Ingredients: 150g low-gluten flour, 65g milk, 17g caster sugar, 2g salt, 35g butter, 4g baking powder, 2g cinnamon powder, 150g apple, appropriate amount of almond slices

Wash the apples, core them and cut them into strips

Add cinnamon powder

Mix well and set aside

Pour the cake flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a small bowl

Add softened butter

Add cinnamon apple strips and mix well

Pour in milk

Take about 20g of batter, flatten it and place it on the baking tray

Then put the baking sheet into the middle rack of the preheated oven, 180 degrees for about 25 minutes
