Earl Gray Milk Tea Sauce [A good partner for toast bagels]
Overview
[Earl Gray Milk Tea Sauce] My favorite among the jams, it has a rich milk flavor, like eating toffee; it is added with Earl Gray tea leaves and cooked until thick; spread on hot bagels, toast or soda crackers; I like to spread a thick layer on it. . . If you have 1L whipped cream at home but can’t use it up, you can consider making this milk tea sauce; I like it very much and eat it while taking pictures. . . If you don't add tea, it will be caramel sauce; it's a personal preference. . . After I made this milk tea sauce, I also made toast. The two are a special combination. . .

Steps
-
Keep materials aside.
-
Put the milk, whipping cream and Earl Gray tea leaves into the pot.
-
Heat over low heat and stir the tea leaves into the milk.
-
Simmer over low heat until you smell the aroma of tea leaves, about 7-8 minutes and then turn off the heat.
-
After turning off the heat, separate the tea leaves and pour the milk into a clean pot.
-
Continue to simmer over low heat for 30 minutes, then add fine sugar.
-
Cook and stir until the fine sugar dissolves. Remember to use low heat otherwise it will bottom out and overflow.
-
After 15 minutes, the milk tea sauce will become thicker and thicker as it cooks.
-
Turn off the heat after 30 minutes. If it is not very thick yet, you can continue to cook on low heat for 10 more minutes.
-
After the milk tea sauce is cooked, wait for it to cool down, sterilize the bottle with hot water, wipe off the water and put it in the bottle to refrigerate.
