Roasted Peanuts
Overview
The first time I baked it in a bread machine, it was quite successful. There is no oil, no fumes, and no need to circle around the pot. It’s so worry-free! The poor bread machine has been idle for several years, but it turns out it works so well.

Wash and dry the peanuts.

Pour the dried peanuts into the bread machine. Select the stir fry function in your bread machine. Press OK to start. Then don't worry about it, just wait and eat.
