Ingredients
Steps
-
Separate the eggs in a water-free and oil-free basin. Note: there should be no trace of yolk in the egg white
-
Add milk and salt to the egg yolks and mix well
-
Add corn oil and 15 grams of sugar and mix well
-
Sift in the flour
-
Mix well
-
Add vanilla extract to egg whites
-
Use an electric beater to beat the fish into bubbles and add 10 grams of sugar
-
Beat until fine foam, add 10 grams of white sugar
-
Beat until there are lines on the edges and add the last 10 grams of sugar
-
Just lift the egg beater and pull out long sharp corners! Note (must be in this state)
-
Add the egg whites into the egg yolk paste in three batches. Note: mix well each time. Do not make circles. Use a spatula to stir up and down evenly.
-
Place into a six-inch mold and preheat the oven
-
Shake it a few times to pop out the bubbles
-
Place in the middle rack of the oven at 150 degrees for 40 minutes
-
Take out the buckle, cool and demold
-
Perfect
-
Pour half a box of whipping cream (250 ml,) into a non-stick pan, heat until the edges bubble, turn off the heat,
-
Add the chocolate, let it sit for 5 minutes, then mix evenly, and spread it on the cake with a spoon. I like less chocolate and a more fluid coating. If you like it drier, the ratio of light cream to chocolate is 1:1
-
Remove the core from the Oreo cookies and mix into powder in a mixing cup
-
Use a sieve to sift Oreo cookie powder, place wafer rolls, Oreo cookies, heart-shaped sugar beads, flowers, (the only flower that bloomed on my balcony was picked by me😂) and decorate
