My family pickled half of the Shawo radish and the other half made duck soup

Cut the radish into prismatic shapes

Cut it and put it in a jar

Add salt and "shake well" to release the moisture

Get up early every day and throw out the water

After marinating for 3 days, the spiciness disappears, and it tastes crispy and slightly salty
