Soak the fungus in warm salt water in advance. After soaking the fungus, start slicing the melon. Slice ham. Beat the eggs and stir fry until ready to use (I didn’t take a photo here)

Heat the oil in the pan, sauté the onion and garlic, add the melon slices and stir-fry for 5 minutes, until it looks slightly soft.

Add ham and fungus and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Finally, pour in the eggs that have been scrambled in advance, add an appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
