Grilled Tofu with Cuttlefish

Wash the old tofu and cut into slices about 5mm thick.

Heat a pan, pour some oil, add tofu slices and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Cut the fried tofu slices into small slices and set aside.

Clean the frozen baby cuttlefish, control the water and set aside.

Have the seasoning ready.

Use 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce and 80ml water to make a bowl of sauce.

Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add the seasonings and stir-fry until fragrant.

Pour in the cuttlefish and stir-fry.

When the cuttlefish is rolled, add the tofu and bowl juice.

Cook for about 8 minutes until the soup dries up.
