Prepare half a chicken and wash it.

Add the chopped ginger and garlic, cooking wine, oyster sauce, light and dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and five-spice powder to the chicken pot.

Marinate them for at least 6 hours. I marinate them the night before, which makes them more delicious.

Take out the marinated chicken, wrap the chicken wings separately in tin foil and bake them together to prevent the chicken wings from burning. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
