I can’t finish the toast, I bought too many bananas, and I have leftover pesto to process!

Spread the pesto on the toast and sprinkle some butter

Spread a layer of peanut butter on the toast, then slice the bananas and place them on the toast. Sprinkle with crumbled butter. Sprinkle a little bit of coarse sugar at the end

Put it in the oven at 170 degrees for about 10-15 minutes, and check if the toast is crispy.
