Hot noodles with scallion pancake
Overview
I have made scallion pancakes with leavened noodles before. They are soft, fluffy and delicious. Today’s scallion pancakes are made with hot noodles. The texture of the two methods is almost the same, but it is more time-consuming than leavened noodles, so if you don’t have enough time, it is still good to make hot noodle pancakes.

Add flour to boiling water and knead it into a dough for a while

Divide the dough into two pieces and roll into large discs
