Beat 2 whole eggs with a whisk, then turn to high speed and beat until the color becomes slightly lighter, then add ordinary fine sugar. (When the temperature in the room is not enough, you can sit in a basin of warm water, which will not burn your hands)

The second time you add fine sugar, lines will begin to appear, but they will disappear

Lift it up with a whisk to draw the "8" character without disappearing,

Sift in cake flour and add milk. If you are afraid of defoaming, add flour first and then add milk

Use a spatula to mix evenly, the batter will float down like a ribbon

Preheat the oven to 180°C and pour the batter into the prepared paper cups. Put it in the oven and bake for 15~20 minutes (depending on your oven)
