A day of vitality-----soy milk
Overview
Soybeans are treasures all over the body and have high nutritional value, no less than milk. For women, some of the health care functions of soybeans are even better than milk. Since buying a soymilk machine, I have never bought soymilk outside. Every time I come home from get off work, I will prepare the ingredients for breakfast tomorrow. Today is no exception. Everyone knows the nutritional value of soymilk. Drinking a warm cup of soymilk in the morning will be a happy thing!

Fill the measuring cup provided with the soymilk maker with soybeans.

Soak the soybeans overnight.

Pour water into the soy milk machine to the limited water line

Drain the soaked soybeans
