  10. Leave about 1/4 of the mixed dough for surface decoration, and spread the rest to the bottom of the mold. The eight-inch cake mold I used is not as big as the original one, and the same recipe is a bit thick

  11. Peel, core and cut the apples into cubes, squeeze in lemon juice to prevent rapid oxidation

  12. Spread the apples onto the cake batter, sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and an appropriate amount of cinnamon

  13. Roll the remaining batter into strips and place on top. I originally planned to make it look nice, but when class time came, I hurriedly made it and put it up. The mold is an 8-inch cake mold

  14. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake for 35 minutes on the upper and lower heat. Since I made it a bit thick, I was afraid that the top would be too heavily colored, so I adjusted the upper heat to 150, lowered the heat to 175 degrees, and continued to bake for 15 minutes.

  15. Let the baked cake cool slightly and unmold it when you can handle it

  16. This cake tastes better when eaten hot, and tastes better with ice cream or cream. In order to taste the original flavor of the cake, I also specially made ice cream to match it. I have to say that the taste is really great!
