Barbecued Pork Bean Curd
Overview
I bought 2 tofu skins. I only used one for cooking. I didn’t want to waste the remaining one, so I used it for snacks. My daughter likes the flavor of barbecued pork, so she grilled it with barbecued pork sauce this time. Unexpectedly, this tofu skin roll, which has a simple production process and very simple ingredients, was very popular. Most of it was eaten before it was even served.

After washing the tofu skin, flatten it and roll it into a roll

Cut into 1.5 cm wide pieces

Mix 2 spoons of barbecued pork sauce, one spoon of tomato sauce, 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of oyster sauce, a little salt, and a little sugar (the oyster sauce is optional, and the ketchup is mainly for coloring)

Place tin foil on a baking sheet, brush with a thin layer of oil, place the tofu skin rolls on the tin foil, sprinkle with a little pepper, and marinate for 10 minutes

Heat the middle rack of the oven at 150 degrees with upper and lower heat and bake for 15 minutes.
