Add sugar to the egg yolks and beat (I happen to have no sugar at home, so I use powdered sugar here)

Whip until thick and white

Add milk powder

Mix well

Put it into a piping bag and squeeze it on the baking sheet. Note: Don’t fry the mouth of the piping bag too big. The size of a toothpick is enough

Preheat the oven at 1000 degrees for 10 minutes, place on a baking sheet and bake at 100 degrees for 15 minutes

The baked egg yolk melted beans may be taken out directly and will not stick to the baking paper. If they are sticky, it means they are not cooked yet. Continue to bake them slowly over low heat

The baked egg yolk melts in your mouth. Be sure to pack it as soon as possible and keep it closed
