birthday cake
Overview
I was asked to make a birthday cake for my best friend’s birthday, and she told me to make it beautiful. But I am not good at it, and wiping is my weakness. So I can only make it into a mousse cake, which saves the trouble of wiping, and put some strawberries on top to decorate it as you like. The decorated cake with strawberries looks particularly beautiful.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Cut off the sides of the chiffon cake, just one circle smaller than the cake mold, and then cut it into two pieces.
-
Add 30 grams of sugar to 300 grams of whipping cream, whip until slightly textured, and place in the refrigerator.
-
Soak 100 grams of milk in the isinglass until soft. After soaking, place the isinglass in a pot over water and melt.
-
Pour the melted isinglass flakes into the whipped cream to form a mousse filling.
-
Place a slice of cake and pour half of the mousse filling.
-
Add another slice of cake.
-
Pour in the remaining mousse filling, cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
-
After 4 hours, take out the mousse cake and remove the film.
-
Add 10 grams of sugar to 100 grams of whipping cream and beat until it is ready for decoration. Take a small portion of the whipping cream, add yellow coloring and blue coloring, mix well, and put them into decorating bags respectively.
-
Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on top of the mousse cake and use a mold to carve out the required English letters.
-
Put the dark chocolate into a piping bag, melt it in boiling water, cut a small opening in the piping bag, and write with dark chocolate according to the words engraved by the mold (the thinner the opening of the piping bag, the better).
-
Take a decorating nail, put decorating oil paper on it, and use a round decorating nozzle to squeeze out the stamens.
-
Use 104 to extrude rose flowers.
-
Squeeze the blue flowers, replace them with yellow flowers, and then decorate as you like.
