Mix eggs and milk evenly.

After mixing the milk and eggs, add the rice, then add black pepper, salt, and sauce (you can add whatever flavor of sauce you like)

Chop green peppers, carrots and onions into small cubes, add a little barbecue sauce and stir-fry until fragrant, then stir in bacon bits.

Put plastic wrap on your hands, scoop out a large spoonful of rice and flatten it with your palms, put vegetable filling and half a cheese slice in the center.

Hold the bottom with one hand and scoop up the plastic wrap with the other to completely wrap the filling in the rice. Tighten the plastic wrap to make the rice ball compact.

Coat the rice balls with bread crumbs and arrange them neatly on the baking sheet.
