Light Cream Honey Bean Toast
Overview
The first time I tried to use the leftovers from decorating, the whipped butter and toasted bread are also very good! Paired with my own pickled honey red beans, it is nutritious and delicious! This is a standard 450g toast box!

Steps
-
Weigh all the ingredients. I used the leftover cream from the previous decoration! You can also use liquid cream directly!
-
The honey red beans are pickled by myself.
-
Steps to put into the bread machine: 1. Milk 2. Whole egg liquid 3. Sugar and salt (on each side, do not touch) 4. Cream 5. High-gluten flour (cover the water surface) 6. Yeast (dig a hole in the flour and bury it)
-
Knead it into a thin film, ferment it until it is 2.5 times in size, and press it with your fingers without shrinking.
-
Take out the dough, deflate it, divide it into 3 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 15 minutes. Then roll each piece of dough into a long strip and sprinkle with honey beans.
-
Roll up the bread as tightly as possible to prevent holes in the bread, and place it into the bread box with the seam facing down.
-
Place on the grill and pour warm water on the bottom baking pan to maintain humidity.
-
Ferment until 8 minutes full, close the lid of the bread box, heat up and down to 170 degrees, bake the middle and lower layers for 35 minutes. After baking, pour it out of the bread box. It will be easier to slice after cooling, or it is good to eat it directly with your hands!

It’s brushed!
