Stir-fried Zucchini with King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
There are no zucchini in our south. I remember the first time I went to Beijing to buy vegetables at the vegetable market. I wanted to buy the kind of pumpkin from my hometown. But after walking around, I didn't see any. Then I saw this zucchini and thought it was an ungrown pumpkin. I made it at home and ate it. It turned out to be very tasteless, not sweet and not powdery. In the end, I never bought it. Today I stir-fried it with King Oyster Mushroom and Chicken Breast. The taste was much better than I expected. It was very refreshing. Because of the chicken and mushrooms, the taste was very mellow.
