Wash the cowpeas and set aside.

Put an appropriate amount of water, a little salt and white vinegar in the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, pour in the cowpeas, and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Cut into inch sections.

Wash the zucchini, cut into shreds and set aside.

Cut the dried chilies into sections and slice the garlic, set aside.
