Overview

I bought a lot of cherries, and I also have a few packs of ready-to-eat crispy buckwheat flakes at home. They are crispy and original and sugar-free. Use them with yogurt and fruit to make a salad. It is not burdensome to eat, healthy and not afraid of gaining weight.

  5. Ready-to-eat crispy buckwheat flakes, very crispy and sugar-free.

  6. Add crispy buckwheat flakes and some cherries.

  7. Pour yogurt on top.
