Sun Egg Bread
Overview
There is a big sun outside, and there is a small sun in my bread. I eat a sun-coated egg in one bite, and eat up all the heat and hunger, O(∩_∩)O haha~ (I know that sun-coated eggs are fried, but I feel that boiled eggs cut like this are like small sun-drops~(✿◡‿◡))

-
Wash the eggs, put them into the pot, add 2g of salt (to prevent the eggs from cracking when cooked), and cook the eggs for about 10 minutes.
-
Weigh out the high-gluten flour.
-
Place salt and sugar on the diagonal, and yeast in the middle.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water according to the water absorption of the flour and start the first dough mixing process.
-
At the end of the program, add softened butter at room temperature.
-
Start the second dough mixing process.
-
A tougher film can be pulled out after the procedure.
-
Ferment at room temperature until doubled in size.
-
Take out the dough and deflate it.
-
Divide into three small doughs and rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
-
Take a small piece of dough and knead it into a long, even shape.
-
Use scissors to cut two sections in one direction and turn over the middle section.
-
Slice the boiled eggs and place them on the dough.
-
Make three dough balls.
-
Place a bowl of hot water in the oven for the second rise.
-
The dough after the second rise is plump.
-
Brush with egg wash.
-
Sprinkle a layer of chives and white sesame seeds.
-
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for about 20 minutes.
-
After it was baked, I simmered it for another 5 minutes.

Take out the bread and let it cool naturally.
