Stir-fried Pork Belly with King Oyster Mushroom

Overview

Cutting the boss into pieces when eating out is not as good as the taste. So I created a new method of my own and it’s delicious

Steps

  1. Slice garlic and six or seven dried chili peppers for later use

  2. Cut the pork belly into thin strips and marinate with soy sauce for more than one minute

  3. Heat oil, add pork belly and stir-fry oil, add garlic slices and dried chili pepper and saute until fragrant

  4. Add the king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for about a minute to color. Add no more than half of the water to the king oyster mushrooms. Simmer the water over high heat

  5. Completely simmer the water in the pot, add salt and stir-fry evenly before serving

  6. Remove from pan and plate
